Before and After
Results are after one group class. Client has a history of lower back pain. Other issues include limited range of motion, particularly in his shoulders. Indicators include spine deviation, rib cage compression, shoulder depression, and forward head. After the class, the client was able to align his body, relieve pressure on his lower back, and understand the cause and solution to the issues.
Results are after two extended sessions. Client with a history of neck pain, chronic headaches, and upper back and shoulder tightness. Indicators include thoracic kyphosis, rib cage compression, lumbar hyper-extension, core distension, uneven shoulders, and a hip hike. After the sessions, the client was able to alleviate her neck pain and tightness through the improvement of her posture.
Results are after one extended session. Client with lower back pain, knee pain, limited range of motion, and overall tightness. Indicators included rib cage compression and flare, spine compression and rotation, and shoulder depression. Right shoulder was more depressed as client was born without right chest musculature. After the session, the client noticed significant improvements in structural integrity with the elimination of lower back pain and knee strain and improved overall range of motion, especially the right shoulder.

Results after two sessions. Client seeking to resolve lower back pain. Client with a long history of wearing compressive shoes with elevated heels. Issues in the feet will create issues within the entire body. In this case, the excessive foot pronation was contributing to an excessive posterior pelvic tilt creating strain on the lumbar spine. Client was able to begin utilizing her feet and aligning her spine with movements that coordinated her entire body and replicated the biomechanics of gait.
