Movement Matters is a company dedicated to realizing human potential through the science and application of human biomechanics.

Human beings are designed to move, but the type of movement matters. Based on our biological design and function, the movements that matter are walking, running, and throwing. Improving the proficiency of these patterns is the key to achieving the body’s full potential.
